Stayed here with my family and could not fault the place it’s a small camp but has everything you need also I have read some reviews saying you can’t get a seat in the club we managed to get a seat every night and played the prize bingo which the kids loved a major plus point for this park is the transport links into Blackpool bus stop right outside but we opted to drive 2 minutes down the road to broad water tram stop free parking all day and cost £13 for a family ticket for 24 hrs this ticket could also be used on the buses great holiday and will definitely be back.
Overall a great stay. The facilities were good. Parks, swimming pool, arcades etc. Bigger park could have done with relaying the floor. The park next to the shop was OK but again just a bit more of an update. Entertainment was good on an evening. Pricey drinks but expected on site. Would come back again. My only complaint which I should have mentioned as I left but a whingy four year old had stopped that. I moved the bed in one room to accommodate our travel cot and the beds blatantly hadn't been moved as there was rubbish and a lot of dust there. This has happened to us twice now, at Blue Dolphin last year too. We got the tram into Blackpool from a local bus stop, staff at reception were really helpful about that. I got a bit lost looking for the baby change so a lovely male member of staff helped me find my way. Good stay all round.
We travelled as a family with 3 children 10,8,5 and booked last minute only 2 night stay we arrived at 12 collecting our fun passes as we were to early for check in lady on reception was fantastic great welcome and my little boy loved her went back at 2pm little bit of a wait to see if our caravan was ready but they were carrying out safety checks which was fine as u know ur gonna be safe while u stay!! Caravan was amazing best prestige one I’ve ever stayed in all clean and sparking and plenty of room all staff were cheerful and happy all throughout the weekend and all very chatty which makes ur time there better!! Could have a little extra staff on the bar of an evening as u had to que for a while there is also a lot of wasps this isn’t the sites fault as I been a few places this year including Spain and wasps are a problem everywhere thanks for making my children s little break fantastic
