Been visiting the park since my children were young and never disappointed. Thorough and welcoming check in with Security Team, informative instructions via email from the Reception Team. Covid 19 signage around the park and new procedures in place. Accommodation clean and tidy, perfect for our family needs. Location perfect, plenty of places to visit in the surrounding area. Cannot wait to return.
Just got back from a 4 night stay in Cala Gran. From checking in to checking out everything was excellent.
We received a warm welcome at the gate and our caravan was spotless.
The staff in the Mash and Barrel were excellent and service was good. We all had different things from the menu and everyone agreed it was tasty and we felt we got good value for money.
The pool and arcade were great and our little ones loved the play areas. We won lots of tickets in the arcade and our 6 year old was delighted with the prizes we got.
We would like to say a big thank you to all your staff who are working so hard through these challenging times. We will be back!
